Crispy Since the 1950s
It all started with Jae Kee, who arrived in Bangkok from Nakhon Si Thammarat and began selling fried chicken from a humble stall on Soi Polo — a side street named after the prestigious Royal Bangkok Sports Club.
Her generosity and commitment to using the finest ingredients turned walk-in customers into lifelong regulars. Larb and som tam joined the menu, and word spread fast. Four generations later, Polo Fried Chicken is one of the most iconic names in Bangkok's food scene.
Whole birds are marinated in a secret recipe, fried golden in high-quality oil, then finished with an avalanche of crispy fried garlic. The result: crackling skin, juicy meat, and a flavour you'll dream about.
